Janet is a qualified Clinical Reflexologist, Remedial Massage Therapist, ScarWork™ and Auricular Acupuncture Practitioner specialising in women's health and chronic pain management. With advanced training in Soft Tissue Therapy, ScarWork™ and Clinical Reflexology, she combines effective techniques with compassionate, personalised care.
Her reflexology treatments support women through every stage of life, from menstrual health and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause while Scarwork helps reduce pain and restore tissue function after c-sections, surgery and injury.
Treatment are tailored to your body's unique needs, promoting long-term wellbeing rather than temporary relief.

Janet was so lovely and generous with the reflexology. Very attentive to the pressure applied. She puts you at ease instantly. I went for sleeping issues. When I left I actually felt energised and had a very decent sleep in the evening. Her prices are reasonable too. I am going back to make sure to keep the ball rolling. Definitely recommend.
